【寒湿证】（HSZ）主症：腰部冷痛重着，每遇阴雨天或腰部感寒后加剧，痛处喜温。

Objective : Finding the indices for syndrome differentiation of Cold-dampness due to spleen insufficiency in Taiyin disease .

目的：探求太阴病脾虚寒湿证客观性辨证指标。

We collected clinical data of wind-cold type and cold-wetnesstype patients at test plot.

采用问卷形式在各个临床点收集感冒风寒、寒湿证患者的临床资料。

RESULTS : We got 1206 pieces of clinical record , in which 934 are wind-cold type, and 272are cold-wetness type.

结果：共收集符合条件的病历资料 1206 份，其中风寒证 934 份，寒湿证 272 份。
